Just lost 15 minutes of my life I'll never get back trying to sign up for their FastBreak program... got a page of JSP errors, and then got told my form submission didn't work. I then wasted another 5 minutes trying to tell Budget that their site was blowing up, but even their "contact us" page doesn't work.
Sure, I could have called their phone number, but I pity the poor slob who would have answered that call.
