There was a fire at the Eiffel tower today.

Check out this webcam — you can't see the top of the tower where the fire happened, but you can see all the fire trucks and firefighters.

Update: The webcam operator pointed the camera at the top of the tower. I can't see any smoke now.

It's nice to see someone giving the East Bay its due! I've already found out about several cool things thanks to this site, just in the five minutes since I discovered it.
