When I spotted this sign on Clay Street in San Francisco's Chinatown last year, the market was already tanking.
Now, with the market really in the toilet, I can't help but laugh bitterly to myself whenever I pass by and see this sign. When realty, reality, and Chinese name transliteration combine, the result can be unintentionally funny.
At least they are still in business, and, let's face it, homes in San Francisco are never going to lose as much value as those in the Central Valley. At least until the Big One hits. Uh-oh... hang on...
